    I agree, I cooked one last week was a touch on dry side, good flavor though.. Would love some tips :]

    Competitiors are more like poker players, keeping their cards close to the vest is best.

    But you did a class, right?  So I'm sure you taught them some of the stuff   ;)
  • Here's a tip for all cooks....practice make perfect.  We cook more then most, it helps.
