Ok just cooked my best pizzas yet and feel that I truly learned where pizza fits into my Egg cooking, LEFTOVERS.
I hate most leftovers, unless I cooked them on the egg. I tuned leftover steak and taco meat into two pizzas. A Philly cheese pizza with onion, mushrooms, and left over sliced up ribeye. Number two was a pepperoni with left over taco meat (and I still don't know how we didn't eat up all the taco meat!).
Split a yeast pack into two doughs and the came out great. Hero rescued family from leftover night. It will be a short trip back to plain old dad, but for now I bask in Egg glory.

Like "leftover wine", I'm unfamiliar with "leftover steak" or "leftover taco meat", but damn that pie looks good!_____________

Had leftover steak tonight. Sliced it thin, sauteed some mushrooms and onions and put it on some sourdough.
Pizza is good method too.
