I'm doing my first 2 maple bacon wrapped pork loins, indirect, drip pan at around 400ish dome. Is there any need to turn or roll these things around, or just leave them be???
Thanks
Thanks

150 is a little high. Try 145ed egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante

My Maverick has been acting up, I think I pulled around 150ish. Pulled the plate setter and seared to crisp up bacon. Let sit under foil for about 10min. Needless to say the wife and I are very happy, and full.
