pork shoulder and ribs w digi-q
Trying out my new digi-q. So far so good. I put the picnic on at 8:00 last night then prepped my ribs and went to bed. How convenient lol!!!. I woke up several times to check on the pit and everything was just as should be. Cant wait till it is done then the ribs will go on. I was having a hard time with spending that much toy on a gadget.but now i see it as a tool for the kitchen. I will post pics later .
