BOSTON BUTT

(MY BUTT LOOKS GOOD!) doing another butt today hope it turns out as good as last week. I am going to try the same methods I have learned from the the prior p.p. 1.7hrs per lbs. dome temp 275 turbo 8.5 hrs meat 5.8lbs 2 hrs in the cooler (will see) any suggestions?
