well i was kind of hesitant to cook ribs without my plate setter but i just wrapped a cookie sheet and foil and must say it worked pretty good. i know this picture has way to much foil. but i have good reasons. on the ribs i made one rack because my better half does not like as much smoke. on the potatoes wasnt sure how they would turn out so wanted to do some both in foil and some not it foil. just in case they were bad out of the foil. and the other is corn. it was already half shucked so didnt have a choice on the corn. the corn was excellent also even put a char on them. the ribs were absolutly delescious. i must say it held temp very good throughout the whole cook even during the strong wind we had. i just love my BGE
