Anybody ever cooked steak fries on the egg? If so, how?

Thick cut. Oil and pick your rub. Lay on grill. Found easier to cut in slices long way and less to turn.
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

I use a piece of #6 stainless steel mesh cut to fit the upper grill / woo3 rig.
Available from Amazon. Here is the link:

    Stainless Steel 304 Mesh Sheet, #6 x 6, 0.047" Wire Diameter, 52% Open Area, 12" Width x 24" Length

Great for roasting veggies and grilling meatloaf! Got the idea from over on the Weber Smokey Mountain site. Have done this for a couple of years and it works perfect. Cut with metal ships, diagonal cutters or dremel tool as needed.
