Anybody ever cooked steak fries on the egg? If so, how?

Thick cut. Oil and pick your rub. Lay on grill. Found easier to cut in slices long way and less to turn.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

I use a piece of #6 stainless steel mesh cut to fit the upper grill / woo3 rig.

Got the idea from over on the Weber Smokey Mountain site. Have done this for a couple of years and it works perfect. Cut with metal ships, diagonal cutters or dremel tool as needed.
