Cooked some Ribeyes on the Mini

Tonight I cooked up a couple of ribeyes on the Mini Egg.
The Mini loves to sear!
That's all I have, the rest of the meal was leftover take out food and not picture worthy.

R2.1Egg2Q, man just had to add an extra number to your name for that cook! WOW, you nailed it....... That is the reason I sold my Small and bought a second Mini. They are just FUN.....Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Thanks! Yes, I did use my trusty Thermapen. The first one (shown in the cut) was pulled at 132 and during the rest rose up to about 135.Perfect, Did ya thermopen them and what temp?
