    Looks great sir!  I haven't done a long smoke yet but I look forward to it?  How did you prepare your meat prior to smoking?  What type of wood did you use?  

    Also, snap another pic when you tear into that bad boy.  :P
    Just a hack that makes some $hitty BBQ...

    I just put a basic rub on it and I use hickory wood for smoke. I will post when I pull and thanks.
