New BGE with pictures
My BGE arrived a couple of weeks ago, had very little learning curve thanks to all the sharing participents on this forum. I ordered a Crisler tabel and Cuvers cover learned about on this site. Both products are of exceptional quality as was their service, if you are looking for a table or cover I would highley recommend these businesses. Ordered and received a thermapen from Monica, a must have. Last I did my first spatchcock chicken, I knew this was necessary to become an official member of this forum. The spatchcock turned out perfect, next I will do a pizza this weekend, bought my BGE 12" stone yesterday. Nice setup... . That chicken looks pretty good sitting in that clean egg. I'd say neither the chicken nor the clean egg will last long.
