Fish on BGE
I cooked fish last night and potatoes in an iron skillet. The fish was Alaskan Pollock and I thought it was a little too delicate for the grill. But I'm trying to get experience. Next time I'll try salmon. Has anyone actually smoked fish on the BGE and what kind of fish did you use? nineee

I've done all kinds of fish. For the less firm types I use parchment on the grill

Gary it's just Flipper (not).... It is very good on the grill or fried. It is one of few I will buy over snapper. I use Bad Byron's Jubilee on all seafood and might have chopped some very fine japalapenos.

Never been to Texas before. I am in South Carolina. My wife lived in Austin before we started dating. Texas is definitely on my list of places to go. I was just messing with you. Love salmon. I like to dry rub, the wifey likes to cure with Dichicko's garlic peri-peri.
XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys
