Whole head of cabbage. Cut in quarters and season with salt a pepper. Smear butter, crushed garlic and, EVOO all over. Sprinkle Tsunami Spin on top. Garnish with bacon. 400 dome temp for 45 min. 
Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

The bacon was a garnish. Not for consumption. I cheated and ate my bacon and my wife's but, it wasnt supposed to be on the menu.Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.
