I am considering purchasing the Medium BGE. If I'm smoking
meat at 225 to 250-degrees can someone give me an idea of how long the coals
will burn without adding additional coals? Also I'd really like to smoke all
night long and have the meat ready in the AM. It seems like the BGE is an
awesome cooker/smoker/etc. But I just to be sure the Medium BGE can to the job. So if anyone has stats or experience with
this question I will greatly appreciate your response.
