Cooked between 350-400 dome. (I had a little trouble. The temp got away from me during start-up) Rubbed with with Tsunami Spin Dizzy Pig.
I pulled the bird at 170 breast temp and let stand for 20 min.
It was that simple. One of the most juicy moist birds I've ever had. I cant recommend enough.
Be careful, man! I've got a beverage here.

I closed one eye so I could see what you see. Still looks good. Easy cook.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Before I bought my egg, last year, I bought an oil-less turkey fryer from char-broil. Told myself I would never cook a turkey any other way, until the egg...things change..
Still impressed with the char-broil but have a huge amount of confidence in the egg now. -
