Cooked between 350-400 dome. (I had a little trouble. The temp got away from me during start-up) Rubbed with with Tsunami Spin Dizzy Pig. 

I pulled the bird at 170 breast temp and let stand for 20 min.

It was that simple. One of the most juicy moist birds I've ever had. I cant recommend enough.
