Venison Backstrap

Need some suggestions on how to cook backstrap on the BGE.  I've thought about stuffing with sausage and wrapping with bacon but didn't know if anyone else out there has any ideas.


  • Wrap with bacon cook indirect till meat hits 150 and bacon is nice and crisp
    It as good as any steak you will by.
