I'm new the the Egghead's. I got my LG BGE in November. Probably the smartest thing i've ever done since marrying my wife. I've had all kinds and types of smokers, mainly on the cheap side. The last few years I had a large pull behind smoker that was terrible inefficient. I want to literally "Set it and Forget it" for the most part, and the BGE is about the closest things i've ever seen come close to it. Not too mention that I bought a Auber smoker controller to go with it ( I know I went the cheaper route, but so far its working wonderfully).

Anyhow, I absolutely love the versatility of the BGE. I just wish I would have bought a woo3 or something like that, to have a raised direct grill. I ended up buying some pavers that I'm going to use until I can find fire bricks locally. Every where i've called they are out and its only a seasonal item. Really don't want to pay the crazy shipping costs for the fire bricks, so I'll wait. Oh well!!

Anyhoo, i've went on a rant. I'm from Villa Rica, GA.
