IMHO the only thing that goes with scotch is ice. Did a London Broil tonite, which I haven't done for a long time. Turned out great. Had a couple of "brewski's"...now life is really good!

Put the bb on at 9 or so.

Ok, new discovery --- really good red wine and a piece of chocolate...

Burned some salmon on the gasser, veg's and stuff. Was great. But while burning down the egg opened a ZD cab - started nibbling on sea salt chocolate....

Now, if I can get this temp stable------ going to sleep.

Try cognac and chocolate, also very good. Bet you are looking at your bb now (6:30am Texas time).
Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Yes, it is! The winter pepper garden is producing. Spent all day yesterday putting in the summer pepper garden while playing with the boys in the backyard and slow cooking a slab of spares that delighted all at dinner. Goo goo ga joob!

BB just now about ready to come off - cooked pretty low temp - took a while.   Also this cut was thicker - more rounded than normal - used to butts being kinda flat.   So letting it stay a bit.   Plan to have sandwiches after the meat sits for a bit.    Then tonight is Mustard Pizza.    Will post pizza pics later.
