Internal temp for Boston Butt

There seems to be a lot of different opinions regarding the internal temp to take the butt off the BGE. I have read anywhere from 160 to 200. Any comments on this?

From what I've learned here, the general consensus is from 195 to 205.Geaux Tigers!!!

Yes, Gato has got it, this temp will allow it to be pulled. You can certainly pull BB at 165, just can't pull it apart at that temp. Need to be between 195(or so)-205.
