I've had a blast in the month I've had my egg. Here's some of the stuff I've cooked. I'll continue to post to this thread as I cook more. Feel free to put your favorites up here, too.
We've got cobbler, loaf pan chicken, coal fired sweet potatoes and smoked turkey breast, pork shoulder, pizza and ribs. Cobbler came from the BGE owner's manual, pizza was our own design. The rest came from a barbeque book I picked up a few weeks ago.
