Just got a large BGE and built the table over the weekend. Made some bad cuts/measurments along the way, but it worked out in the end. Did a trial run with some ribs and some sausage Sunday night, amazed at how well this thing just holds a temp. It's really just set it and forget it. I was so used to montioring the temp on my old water smoker, I had to force myself to stop checking it every 15 minutes.
