My neighbor and I both have eggs and are planning a big party for 25 people. We have done butts, chicken breasts and burgers and dogs. We want to do something for this party but we don't know what yet. Just wanted to ask you folks what do y'all normally fix for party food?

What do you mean Tri tip? -
The Tri Tip is a cut of beef. i think I have seen it called something else on here but I think it comes from the end of the sirloin. If you post it up somebody will chime in. I did one last night and it was awesome.
