Where can I find the T-Rex method for cooking steaks. I hear everybody talk about how good it is.

alot of us tweak trexs method to suite our own needs and refer to it simply as sear, rest roast as the trex method. i devate with the rub and oil, i dont use oil, salt only for the sear, pepper while it rests, then roast til done, rest again. its worth experimenting, i find burn pepper to be bitter so i add it later in the cook for instance
