Question: Left over brisket

Anticipating this brisket is going to turn out - now thinking about what I do after dinner.

should I slice? or leave intact?   whats the best method for reheating?

  • I would leave in whole and then slice it before I war it up again.... Make sure to keep the "trimmings" for "sopping" witht slice bread
