I think I'm goin with you. Maybe brown the pork before ya put it in the sauce. Probly bout 350 degrees in the dutch oven on the BGE
Same as Chile Verde, But in a red sauce, Personally Id do the Verde
Everything can be done on the BGE , And with a blender
And then blend it in your chile sauce
