Friday Night Pizza and Beer

It is a weekly tradition in our house...most weeks anyway. Tonight was pepperoni, mushrooms, gorgonzola, and fresh mozzarella and a white pie with olive oil, prosciutto, artichokes. kalamata olives and smoked mozzarella...all served up with a homebrewed brown ale on the side!

We're supposed to do pizza tonight. Made the dough last night and is waiting in the fridge. Only problem is it's raining today. Anyone fire up the egg in the rain?

Rain? No problem, weather doesn't bother the egg one bit. Now the cook
on the other hand may not like it. I'd be more worried about getting the
pizza from the egg to the house then anything else. I'm not sure if
this will work for cooking pizza but here is what I used for doing ribs
and other long cooks in bad weather.photobucket is giving me problems, I'll post the photo later.
