What can I use to repair a broken top. J B Weld is only rated to 600 degrees.

The ceramic of the dome itself isn't going to get anywhere near 600 degrees. That said, there is also furnace cement that you might try.

Shouldn't the top be warrantied for life. If it cracks they should replace it. Unless you did something wrong.
