I'm looking for a thermometer that has a temp probe for the meat and a temp probe for the grill temp. I'm about to do a pork butt low and slow, I would like to know what my meat temp and grill temp is. Does anyone know or use anything like that? I'm not looking to spend a fortune, but want a decent one. Any help? Thanks

That's great thanks. I have one other question. I have issues with my temp stabilization, and wanted to know if the temp gauges with the blower attachment is a good idea for the long and slow cooks. It'll help keep the temp more even I would think. Any thoughts?

I like the PartyQ so far for slow cooks. I also use the Maverick for meat temps.

Sure, a device like the DigiQ or Stoker will stabilize your temps overnight. But you should first understand how to stabilize the temps manually. You'll want to have control over your egg before you go to one of these devices.Packerland, Wisconsin
