They are shipping only the wifi model, but the wifi softwasre won't be available until January. Got mine a few month ago and love it - brisket and butts are so easy now with regard to getting sleep for those overnight cooks. Its more the gadget factor for me. With regard to networking, I use a Netgear Powerline adapter to get the Stoker's web interface to my computer inside.

Is the 5 cfm enough power for a large or XL cooker?

No, for an XL you will need the 10cfm fan. That is what they recommended for me.

Ordered one as well, it’s in transit since Monday night. I’m hoping it make-it before home Xmas, I will not be able to wait an extra week especially over the holidays. According to the tracking information, it cleared customs in Vancouver but I’m wishing that it really in transit at the moment. The priority service for international is 6 to 10 days, so any time after next Tuesday but the 10 days will fall after the Christmas break.
I ordered the 10 cfm fan for an XL with an extra food probe. I also have few butts in the freezer. My Christmas project is to take the Stoker for few test drive, do some pull pork and freeze it for future uses.

I have the 5 and the 10 fans for my Large and the 5 is plenty powerful. I can't imagine the 5 not working for an XL either. FedEx shows I will have mine on Wed and the guys at work want me to do a pork loin Wed evening. Before it shows up, should I have anything extra or is everything in the box? Is it easy to use or is there a manual I should read?

My Stoker came, set it up and have a 8 lb pork loin going at 280°. Lid temp shows ~10° cooler. Stoker is performing perfectly.
