first - what is the ideal size and or maximum size turkey for the large and medium egg

second – what is the ideal weight for a turkey – to get maximum taste, a tender bird, a turkey that will win the "best all round" award

Smaller is usually younger, so I like to stay in the 10 to 15 lb. range and you'll have not problem with space.

    IMHO!

    Have fun!
