My Wife Got The Bill!

Saturday, my wife got the credit card bill that had the Ceramic Grill Store charges on there. (Adjustable rig, oval stone, oval rack, spider, 13" stone, etc). Said she couldn't believe I spent that kind of money on "some racks".
Of course at that time, I had both BGE's running full of baby-backs and turkey breast. Smelled so good, I could hardly hear her talk. My final response - look, you've got a $5000 stove, I've got $200 worth of racks for the grill!
She went back inside.
Later that night, the ribs were so good, she never brought it up again.

my wife didn't bat an eye when I took her to the Ace Hardware to pick up my second egg for Thanksgiving. I had my small two years + before pulling the trigger on the large bge. both in their nests and cooking chops as we speak. it keeps me home cookin'!

I love my swing out rack Ceramic Grill Works. My GF thought I was crazy til we cooked on it. Coolest after market toy I've bought yet. I'm gonna by one for my XL.
