Looking for Turkey recipe using vertical turkey roaster

Last year I cooked a turkey upright in my BGE. The recipe called for using leeks, wine, cider, aromatics...and other stuff. I am looking for that recipe again abut cannot find it. Does anyone know this recipe and can point me to it? The turkey turned out great and I'd like to do it again this year.
