After all the food this weekend decided to do a light supper of hamburgers
the patties seasoned with C&S,  garlic powder,  Mrs Dash, lemon pepper

Plated  served with mock Caesar Mayo

Mock Caesar Mayo for two burgers
2 tablespoons real mayo
2 shakes of Lea and Perrins
1anchovy fillet
1 small finely mince garlic clove
lemon juice
chives to taste
