Just started my first low and slow smoke, two Boston butts. I have a picture but can't figure out how to upload from the iPad. Any suggestions would be welcomed.

You need to upload pictures to a "photo sharing site" and then paste the link into that little icon with a picture on it.Packerland, Wisconsin

Good luck with the pork... I'm sure it will turn out great.

This was my first Boston butt on the egg, it is safe to say I will be cleaning out my garage (getting rid of my water smoker and my gasser) I have only one regret about purchasing my egg. It is that I waited so long to buy one.
The finished product was better than anything I was ever able to accomplish with my water smoker.

Keep the gasser. It has a purpose albeit a small one
-
What is the small purpose that a gasser has?
-
Gasser is good for sides overflow, a quick burger or dog. You've got it may as well keep it and use it when it's needed. I had a WSM, a Weber 6 burner Summit befor buying my EGG. I have used the gasser about 5 times in over a year and a half and not touched the WSM. The wife uses the gasser some when I am working night's, she hasn't touched the EGG."Pork so tender you can pull it with a spoon." ~Spoon
