I'm gonna try a pizza this weekend and want to make my own crust, I have watched some videos that show people mixing by hand for a single crust. I was also looking at the Bobby Flay recipe and it shows using a stand mixer. Is the stand mixer necessary?? Any other tips would also be welcome. New egg user! Cooked on it once so far and love it!!
