Forget gloves. Go to amazon.com and search for bear paws. Best thing ever made to pull meat.

I second beer paws!Cheers! Shawn My Blog: http://hrmcreativebbq.blogspot.com/ My Dads Custom Handles Blog http://dannyscarvings.blogspot.com

I use bear paws, but I also like to pick the meat over and break down some of the muscles by hand. I use these guys: Mr. Bar-B-Q Insulated Barbecue GlovesFood & Fire - The carnivorous ramblings of a gluten-free grill geek.

I got some blue gaumlet length gloves that are pvc coated and insulated. I have washed them by hand. I got them at the hardware store.I grill therefore I am.....not hungy.

I use these gloves for pulling and handling hot meats in general: http://shop.ceramicgrillstore.com/products/Big-Meat-Gloves-.htmlXL, Large, Small, Mini Eggs, Shirley Fabrication 24x36 Patio, Humphrey's Weekender, Karubecue C-60, MAK 1-Star General, Hasty Bake Gourmet, Santa Maria Grill, Webers: 14" WSM, 22.5" OTG, 22.5" Kettle Premium, WGA Charcoal, Summit S-620 NG

I prefer waiting until meat temp. is low enough to handle with latex gloves ... I don't like my bear paws ( I get hand cramps) and I like to be able to remove the maximum amount of unrendered fat.
... of course some of the choicest morsels never make it to the bowl ...
Never eat anything passed through a window unless you're a seagull ... BGE Lg. -
These gloves are the best! I handle all my "big meats" with them. No problem with temperature right off the grill. The fingers are flexible enough to do all my "pulling" with them too. I have bear claws and never used them again after I found these. Good price too.
