My wife bought a BigGreenEgg for my birthday. After using a few times the seal started coming of the back. I had to replace a section the first week.
It still is pulling off. I have only used the Egg five or six times. Has anyone had this problem, this does not seem right.

This is a well-known problem. See your dealer and ask him if he will replace your gasket with a newer nomex gasket. If not, call BGE headquarters. Good luck!

Clean the old one off and apply the new one with 3M's Super 77 adhesive. You will be fine.
