We’re feeling pretty super, how about you? The big game is fast approaching, and while we love football, we love an excuse to invite people over and cook even more! You too can cook like a champion with recipes from Dr. BBQ’s NFL Gameday Cookbook: Grilled Tuna Sandwiches from Seattle and Baked Brie from New England. Who’s going to win? You’ll have to cook both to find out.

Had a nice family party at the cas del marco yesterday. About 40
relatives invaded my home and we all had a nice day with perfect
weather, cool drinks and off course some Barbecue !

I went shopping and prepared all that stuff on friday. Eary saturday
morning i fired up Suzy Q, prepared my workplace and loaded the coolers.

  • Wow, those are some great looking pictures.  I wasn't hungry, but now I am.  Are you anywhere near Atlanta, Ga.?  Do you need another family member?

Keep up the great looking posts.  It seems as if you are SERIOUS about your BBQ.

    Love this post.

Man, that is one heck of a setup you have.  That could practically be a restaurant.  Food looked incredible.  I'm almost embarrassed to cook in my backyard now.  :D

@Don Marco  Will you adopt me, so I can come to the family party next year?
