Tried a couple spatchcock chickens and baked potatoes for my first cook.

My Equipment:
Large BGE
Turbo Grate
BBQ Guru DigiQ DX w/Pit Viper
Plate Setter

I oiled and rubbed the birds and potatoes. lit the BGE installed plate setter and set the Guru at 375º once up to temp the guru kept it within 4 degrees for the rest of the cook, I was just thinking it was about time to flip them to skin side down for the finish when the food done alarm went off. The skin was about only half crispy but the birds and potatoes turned out great. Next time I will start them skin side down.

Tomorrow I think I will try stuffed peppers on it. I want to wait for the Spider and cast iron grate before I try steaks. I also have the CGW 2 tier adjustable swing rack on the way, then I think my egg is completely pimped.
