I am going to smoke my first pork butt

Based on this, what sort ot temp and time should I use with a 7 pound Pork butt? I

I'm doing 2 Boston butts for a party Sunday. I'm going to put them on saturday around 5:00pm at 225' and when I wake up Sunday morning I'm going to bump up the temp to 250. I have the DigiQ Dx so all I have to do is build the fire, set it and forget it. I'm also going to inject them with Creole butter injection and let them sit in fridge for about 4 hours then apply my rub. I did one like this a couple weeks ago and it turned out great.
