After years of planning and some say...scheming, I finally have my travel rig nearly done. I made the table using a standard 5 foot stainless steel NSF table and added big tires to make it easy to roll over grass and stuff.
National Science Foundation...the commercial cooking industry use their certification as a way to gauge whether or not a piece of equipment should be used in a restaurant.
I bought one like this and converted it to a BGE table.
