If I do not have any pulled pork what can I use instead? Someone said sausage, do I have to cook it first? Will it get done? How long does it take to cook?
Thanks for any help

    Indiana Skeeter,
    hmmm. let's see
This one (shown) is ground (after smoking) top round roast, then neuchatel, bacon over the top. no one involved stopped eating before
    they were gone.
I've also used pulled pork stuffed under the creamcheese; but mostly I've seen some kind of sausage recommended here on the forum. My thought is try what you think will work as a combination, or do them with only creamcheese. Somebody stops eating, more for the rest![p]<img src ="http://home.comcast.net/~deaston0/images/abtsagain.jpg"[p]Use what you've got, and don't worry. Be happy!

    Indiana Skeeter,
Try Jalapeno or Habannero Pepper Jelly. Publix carried Jalapeno and Texas Pepper Jelly can be found on the web. I keep Pineapple Habanero on hand for BBQ sauce, cream cheese dips, etc.[p]
