I wanna do ribs this weekend...at one time I had the recipe for "Car Wash Mike's" ribs...

You will probably want to put foil or a drip pan on the platesetter. Lost of people use a rib rack but you don't have to. If you don't have one, I recommend a stainless steel one because they clean well. Test fit the rack. My rib rack only fits at a 45 degree angle (hits the thermometer). Get an inexpensive spray bottle for the hourly sprays of 50/50 cider/cider vinegar in the CWM method.
Picking the right mix of rub and sauce is key. I try different combo's but keep going back to Jack's Old South rub and Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. Do a search and you will find lots of combinations.
