Thanks. If I am reading the recipe in the pic correctly, the instructions state to cover the pork tightly with foil and cook for 3 hours? :-? I noticed you cooked it uncovered. I think that was a good choice. I don't see any point in using the egg if you are gonna cook in foil the entire time!
It got to 195 in 4 hrs? How big was it, 2 lbs?
