    Wow that is some fancy pulled pork...it looks great!   Is that the Big Green Egg cookbook? 


    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    Thanks.  If I am reading the recipe in the pic correctly, the instructions state to cover the pork tightly with foil and cook for 3 hours?   :-?  

    I noticed you cooked it uncovered.  I think that was a good choice.  I don't see any point in using the egg if you are gonna cook in foil the entire time!

    I cooked it an hour longer than the recipe called for and the last hour was uncovered.

    I was wondering that too; my 9-pounder took 26 hours (with one reload).
