Last Nights Ribs....Pictures

This is another test on posting on this new forum

If these pictures upload, I find this much easier than using Photobucket

These are ribs smoked for 5 hours on the XL Egg with Stoker set at 250 for 4 hours and then bumped the temp to 275 for the final hour.

Sprayed with apple juice and apple cider vinegar after 3 hours and then again after 4 hours....no wrapping

Used orange wood lump and apple chips
