The included picture is the amount of charcoal I have left after a 20 hour cook.  It barely burned 1/4 of the fuel, if that.

    One of the many reasons to love the egg!  I really am blown away by the efficiency of the Egg, but the versatility is the real star.

    I hadn't cooked again till last night and was just amazed by the amount of charcoal left.
