Apparently it doesn't work for all iPads or iPhones for that matter. I couldn't even log on with my iPad and when I tried to log on with my iPhone it took me to the old format. Yes, it had recent posts on the old format but I couldn't log on to reply.

I think it would be safe to say that the new format was introduced a wee bit prematurely. Plus, it has a number of major shortcomings that will likely take weeks, maybe even months or years to repair. I'm sure there's a learning curve for them too but right now it seems to be mass confusion and displeasure. Even so, BGE had to move forward with 21st century technology, even for the best Forum on the Internet. I guess I'll have to take my old laptop to Denver this weekend if I want to see what's happening.

Spring chicken I am posting from my iPad. That is all I have/or use anymore. Copy and paste the new web site that includes the vanilla portion in it. If I was a little younger I could copy and paste the post for you. But it is the real address. Then log in and un check the remember me. It worked here for me. Good luck. Just something new to learn. Are you able to post pictures from your iPad. I am trying but not having good luck yet. Read the areas posted just to old or slo. Did you have the pictue in your signature before the switch.

Yes I did. I don't see a way to attach pics from the iPad. The choose file button is grey'd out.

That is what I seem to find. I tried earlier and a very kind member. I think it was oldfishinglure was able to take what I posted and make it appear. So I think it is doable. Just need more time. I just got it down I. The old forum. Let's hope it's because it's new.

I have a first generation iphone (3g) most current Rev, that works with limitations on this forum. My Mac (snow leopard, latest rev, that seems to have more problems with new forum. We are an Apple family, the PCs are dedicated to work not pleasure. It appears that vanilla has problems working with certain technology. For now I will come to this forum and hope the problems will be worked out.

BTW I did access this forum with my work dudberry and it doesn't work at all. It appears that SAP and Lotus Notes have problems with vanilla too.

Just my observations
