Spatchcock Chicken ideas/Jalapeno pepper temp
Does anyone out there have a good spatchcock chicken recipes or suggestions they would send my way? Pitfalls and things to make the cook easier. I have the WOO3 and spider now. (just arrived in the past couple of days
if that informaton helps any. Also when doing jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon, what temp do you suggest and how long on the egg to get crispy bacon? Also should I use my pepper stand or put them on the grid? Thanks to all
