Leftover Sausage and Forbidden Rice

I had some leftover Kielbasa from this weekend, I mixed it in with some Black Forbidden Rice and Red Lentils. It was excellent.

Onions, Red Peppers, Celery and Garlic.

We have several oriental markets in our community, but only one proprietor even knew what Forbidden Rice was so I hit the net.

please click on the site I posted above and read the story or at least the legend. It really is black instead of white. Also it is IS rice - people think "wild rice" is rice, but actually it is a grass seed.
