Trying again Max's rolled flanks with pics and my twist

Hopefully this will work.[p]Tonight I bought 2 flanks, wanted to try Max's rolled flanks but wanted to add my own twist.[p]First I butterflied and marinated for an hour in red wine viniger, red wine, garlic, lemmon pepper, and a little oil. Stuffed with Italian Bread crumbs, parm cheese, egg, garlic and a little red wine. Covered in DP Dizzy Dust. Cooked it at 350 for 45 mins rolling once with some wine barrel chips.[p]Ready to go
