Wow is all I can say about the Egg keeping temp.
I started my butt at 9p.m.with the egg at 235 Grid.
Later on about 12p.m. grid was around 211 so that is when I went to bed. Woke up around 4 a.m. with both mavericks(et7-and et73)showing three dashes for all temps. My heart sank jumped out of bed and ran to the egg to my relief the egg was still perfect at 211 from what the sending unit said.butts were at 175 and 180.
After fourteen hours butts hit 207and 205 took them off and pulled.
I Love cooking on the Egg. Next loand slo a brisket.
Why did I ever think an Egg was too expensive
I have to learn to put pics up maybe I can figure it out somehow these butts are beautiful!!
